This guy is acting like he owns your property and he's trying to intimidate you. Fire him, but offer glowing references and severance money...all very friendly. Then, hire someone trustworthy, are there any couples who would work for a reasonable wage, and then take care of the inside and outside work, and then caretaker when you're gone? If you're too exhausted and overwealmed, is there an employment or property agent to find you a dependable employee?

It sounds like an intolerable situation. I hope one of your nearby friends can step in and help you sort things out.
