Beautiful song.....I listened several times & am trying to comprehend what is being said & if I truely agree.

It sounds as if it is trying to say that from a distance, everything that is in this world looks beautiful & that from a distance there isn't the troubles that really are here like the wars & fighting, but guns & bombs. A that God is watching this world from a distance...where there aren't all these problems...where everything is good & peaceful? so?....

But right in the middle of it (not from a distance) is all the trouble. Guess for all my years, I have felt that God isn't watching from a distance.....he is right next to me in the middle of all the mess, keeping me as safe as possible....not just watching it all happen.

I agree that God is watching it happen...the bad is not of his making, but he is right in the middle of things protecting me & all the others with everything flying around them.

I guess I was just a bit confused at what the song was actually trying to say? But it is definitely a beautiful song.
