I was meaning something else like the SNRI you tried... I thought you had an appointment after you had to come of the Effexor was it?

Xanax is obviously ok for short-term relief of anxiety, ambien should in theory help you sleep... but you are not taking anything for your mood. SSRIs/SNRIs can have the added benefit of helping reduce overall levels of anxiety too...

I'm not sure exactly what different roles various workers have over there, but has your therapist given you any worksheets or exercises to help with your anxiety or mood? Or do you just talk in general...?
