If your insurance would cover any other more intensive types of therapies... then that'd be ideal beside meds. I only did about 4-5 sessions of talk therapy with my CPN, but it was enough. She just helped me understand my anxiety & gave me worksheets etc. Was able to develop coping mechanisms from that. CBT is obviously the best, but I believe you need a lot of regular sessions for that...

i dont have a limit on therapy sessions but i only have medicare and it doesnt cover much. but id like to be on some AD.
