Ow *wince wince twitch* YIKES! You poor thing.

I mucked up my L leg/knee at age 14 playing basketball. Was n crutches for 6 wks, etc. But still ran track that spring lol (I was a wild child, i.e., dumbutt). Consequently have hd trauma-induced arthritis ever since, and am now on the north side of 50. Eep. Eventually had surgery at 24, then decades later had to have knee replacement, Then broke that out in a bad fall in 2006. Knees are just endless sources of delight once they've been messed up...they are such a pain!

Physiotherapy imo is a must for any impairment injury. I hear you on the rotator cuff tear: Got mine fixed in 2006 and did lotsa PT; have never had any trouble w/it except some (oh yippee!) arthritis. Oh well.

Srsly, pls go to a doc & have your poor self looked at: it's much better to know one is on the right course than to try something that perhaps goes wrong. Pls take care!

Chyia, shuddering w/empathy
