I lost, or at the very least seriously alienated a lot of my friends and acquaintances from high school and college during mania. While hypo and manic I talk wayyy too much and overshare about my personal life which weirds people out.

I was going through a phase last year where I would drop people (who I hadn't seen in months) these really long, rant-y voicemails that I'm sure came across as bizarre and off putting. I event went so far as to drop a VM accusing a guy who I hung out with in high school of stealing some music equipment from me years earlier... which he did ... but he listened to the VM and shot me a couple of text messages being like "Dude, wtf?" so that bridge was burned.

I still have a couple of close friends who have been really forgiving and understanding of my manic ****shows and for that I am grateful.
