please let us know how you are. I used to do that until my youngest was nearly accidently killed by her sister as a result...as it is she was lucky she only came away with a minor brain haemmorage. I guess what I am trying to say is that I was so lost in my pain etc I couldn't see any other way out- I didn't want to die but I needed to sleep esp to hide from everything. I jeopardised my life and the ppl I care the most about. PLEASE reach out IRL to someone who can help you, and keep reaching out here too. I hope you are ok.
