I tend to leave often. Once I have a bad episode, and bear it all, I'm done. They see me at my worst. I cannot go back. I just stop; no further contact. I'm getting better in that at least I find a new p.doc and actually make an appointment before I never go back. When I was younger, I would just get pissed, quit my meds, and forget it. I just hate going through all the personal history. Sometimes I want to make a resume for each new one so they can get all the pertinent information without me having to go through the whole rehearsed story.
