Call someone to take you.
Call the crisis line and they can arrange a ride for you. They also will be able to simply talk to you and offer you some support and assistance.
When you call your psychiatrist/therapist for an appointment, explain you have no transportation. They may be able to help you. Mine would. I'm pretty sure they would pay for a cab.
