That is a lot to take on in a short space of time, it is natural you will get the occasional day where you are overwhelmed. Being so pro-active when having MH issues shows great strength, enough to override a bad day at work and a class which seems difficult.

I hope you put your guilt behind you and keep us updated more regularly on your progress in your endeavours. I am sure you will put these little glitches behind you and have better days anon.
