I been taking sodium valproate for 7 days nearly 8, I felt work was easy to handle but once I got home I felt tired which is surprising, when I first orginally started taking sodium valproate 7 days ago in the mornings I had tiredness in the day & feeling energetic by night along with insomnia, so I started to take it by night on day 6 of it, I couldn't sleep at all for the past 3 days due been so hyped at night.

Today after work and shower I took a 30 minute nap afterwards felt my mood just drop like my mind showing me memories I felt depressed at, I have to go some where soon I don't even feel like leaving my house, I feel like how I felt before taking sodium valproate minus the feeling of impatient anger.
For all I know taking the mess at night might caused this probably my fault.

I feel like why I am even alive today? Two days ago I felt like I walked in fresh air my moods felt great content stable.
