Well, I'm also in Ohio, but I waited for 2 and 1/2 hours! Yes, it sure was raining, and I walked the mile to my place of polling (a mile's not too far, but plenty of time to get wet) no 3 or 4 hour wait, though... I want during an "off" time... the people who came in 45 minutes later than I did easily had to wait 3 and 1/2 hours, though.
