My therapist had me do two things for homework:
1. She had me make two pie charts. One to reflect my current identity and one to reflect what I want it to be.
2. She asked me to make two bucket lists. The second one was to be attainable, measurable, and accomplishable in a realistic time frame. I was then directed to look at the two lists and consider what extra I could do to even manage items on the first.
