Doing things I enjoy. I have several hobbies. I play the violin and am learning two new languages. I take time to think what I'm thankful for and if I have any worries I leave them to God.

Positive thinking is really powerful. It has really changed my life. Yes, medication helps partly but you got to do some of the work too.

Start trying new things, find something you enjoy. Reading, walking, learning a new language, cooking, writing stories.. and so on. There are so many possibilities.

Also, exercise helps me mood. I feel good after a workout. It releases endorphins and can eventually help self esteem issues if you have them and start to get in better shape. You'll just feel better overall.
