So I had a discussion with my therapist, and she suggested I try and find some ways of alleviating the nightmares (at least so I don't wake up in the early morning terrified). I already have medication and such to help me with it, but does anyone else have any advice on how to alleviate the bad dreams, even if I can't really get rid of them?
