Ah, I think that might be a good way to think about it. One of the things I like about therapy is how hard my therapist works to figure out what will work to help me. I feel like everyone is so different, and one of the ways that a therapist might be a really good therapist could lie in his or her ability to relate to each client in the way that works for them. But it's hard in the beginning when they don't know you yet - I always feel like the more they know the better they can help you.
But I'm sorry it hasn't felt like a more natural fit from the beginning.
