Why is it SI and suicide is all i hear. Its crazy its just triggering me. I hear on DR phil there talking about SI and in school suicide was the topic yesterday. Not to mention the talk about suicide my science teacher gave didnt not help the urge. just made it worse. i got a new watch so theres room for cutting on the wrist.. so i did to just get rit of the mind set...
