The book mentioned that, and says a lot of what is in it is his opinions on the topics (he is a well known neuroscience researcher) and is just meant to spark discussion, and that comment jumped out at me.

Book is called "We are our brains, from the womb to Alzheimer's" by **** Swaab

For the record I was born very premature and with jaundice
