It took me maybe 20 minutes tops. The hold up was the election officials had to call and change our address from city to county so we could vote correctly. That was about 10 min on the phone. We were in and out in no time flat. It was raining and not sure of temp but I believe in the 60's with a strong north wind. Pretty cold....considering I'm in Arkansas. LOL.
