Exactly. I think that's why this post has stirred me, having recently experienced the relief that comes from not putting up with family BS. Finally, after 30 years, the sister in law I have been afraid of being mad at me is mad at me, which means I get the silent treatment for untold years. It's fabulous not to hear from her every day.
