I used to live in Wisconsin, too. I thought it was a civilized state. What a horrible ruling, to force commitment, and medicines against a person's will. If you live near a law school, students under the supervision of faculty sometimes take on cases. Your situation sounds like infringement on basic rights of a person. I'm so sorry you have to go through this.
