I feel the same way. Sorry I don't have any words of wisdom. Just that I can understand and that your not alone, I know that is not really helpful. It sucks going through life this way. I don't think people that don't go through this get it. I know people around me don't. They think I'm nuts. All I can say is that I'll pray for you and all of us suffering.
