Hi DechanDawa, I think that any way you do it where you really FEEL it and enjoy it is just wonderful. I tend to think that being physical and bold helps, but that's just my own experience. One thing that I find helps a lot is letting myself have a little smile when I do it. I'm so glad it's help you.
