Not sure what happened but know that you have support and understanding here. I've been struggling with work for awhile now, just getting myself there is a struggle. A lot of the time I have to just tell myself to just get through the next hour or sometimes just the next fifteen minutes and do on, it's been helpful to me when I'm having a hard time getting through the day. I've missed so much work I've been behind on my job for a long time and I feel much guilt and anxiety over that. I've been doing better here lately though and am finally catching things up and feeling better about that. I hope things get better for you very soon. Hugs
