Everyone needs to remember that the people seen in our dreams are all aspects of our self. They all represent the thoughts and ideas we have in our mind. When seen in this way, your dream indicates that on a mental level you are being very abusive and hurtful to yourself. (people trying to hurt and kill you) [Are you in the habit of being overly critical of yourself, blaming yourself for everything that is wrong, thinking that you are not perfect enough etc...?]

The sad thing about this way of thinking is that the psychological self abuse will become enacted in physical reality and in the case of a married woman, the abuse will come from her husband (because he is the physical representative of her own mind). As The Lord's Prayer tells us, "on earth as it is in heaven" which simply means in physical reality as it is in the mind (which is a spiritual level). Also remember that "the Word is made flesh", meaning that your thoughts become physically real. To stop these kinds of horrible dreams you will need to think much more kindly and gently about yourself.

Another point to consider is how you use your language. Do you use such expressions as, "its killing me" (as when something is very hard on you), or " I could have died !" (as when very shocked or surprised at some event). These type of expression can also result in dreams containing much killing and dying.
