i have done this quite a few times, the most severe time was when i was awake for 3-4 days on speed though and was trying to come down so i could sleep... but i was completely convinced i was going to die if i fell asleep... that probably could of been a little psychosis from the stuff but i dunno... it happens every now and then without substances (only happened 1 time on that stuff )

i took a painpill and just layed in bed and tried to calm down because i kind of knew it was just my anxiety... but everytime it happens (even without speed) at the very moment im about to fall asleep i jolt awake in a panic
