So do you think medication can be used to help stabilise moods? DBT has been suggested to me, but I'm not sure there is anyone in the mental health team I'm situated with who is experienced in DBT.. so that can't really happen for now. The psychiatrist said that I'd be put on a waiting list for it anyway but that can take up to 8 weeks.
