That's a pretty out-of-date deal now that guys having pierced ears has gone mainstream. I have a 1000-percent straight male friend (long married, multiple kids) who has BOTH ears pierced. It doesn't matter anymore.

Stay away from the rainbow flag tats and you'll be fine.
