There are no approved drugs to treat BPD, and I don't think doctors on the NHS are allowed to prescribe off label, from what I've heard. I like Seroquel, it makes the suicidal thoughts and mood swings less intense, though both are still present. It doesn't cause me any side effects either, my body tolerates it really well.
