I'm afraid I would not be in a position to comment with regard to your medication concerns. From my perspective, I think these are concerns you will have to work through with your prescribing physician. I've been on a few psych med's over the years (none now.) They never did me much good... just made me groggy for the most part. Perhaps other members, here on PC, who feel better able to address your concerns will yet reply to your post. Good luck!
