Most counties in the US have community mental health centers. In those they have p'docs that come in regularly as well for meds.

I would suggest calling the nearest one, explaining that it is post-partum and asking for an appt. ASAP

They go according to income and if there is insurance, many times take ins. pymnts as pymt in full.
