my mania exhibits as rage. I was manic and for the second time in 6 days my exe's sister walked up and sucker punched me. I literally blacked out and apparently it took 5 guys to pull me off her. She spent 8 months in the hospital and rehab. I've never gotten so lucky in my life because her parents wouldn't let her press charges. They said a 23 year old had no business tapping a 15 year old on the shoulder and blasting her in the face once, let alone twice. Since they paid all her bills she lied to the police.

I use how horrible I felt seeing her in the hospital to make sure nothing like that happens again.
