I don't think you are bad or that your intentions are bad, but I think the behavior is creepy and not okay. Maybe remembering how guilty it made you feel will be a good deterrent against doing it again? That and distract, distract, distract.

Thank you for thinking I'm not bad. I guess you're right that this behavior is not okay though. I'll have to try to distract myself more. I'm not very good at that though.
