I'm not sure if I'm getting dumber each year (you usually have the same IQ through life, right?) but I've actually "lost" almost 40 IQ points from my best to now. Is it even possible, or is it ADD getting "worse" because of this and that or what?
What is actually horrible to think about, is that the dumber version of myself has a MUCH easier time communicating with normal people. I really don't want to even think of what that really means...

i tried looking it up and seems like the IQ should remain relatively the same until older age starts taking a toll... or you abuse alcohol and drugs... or depression and other mental illness clouds your mind...
but im not a professional so i dont know if thats true?
i think that somethings can make the adhd symptoms "act up" but i cant say that for sure either...
the psychologist didnt mention my IQ score, he just said my IQ was fine...
i have the papers though and it mentions some things about my IQ but just says to see appenix I but i dont have that? i guess its on his medical records and not in this report... maybe i will call him and ask him what my score was i would like to know!
can one of you tell me what these mean?
"the patient was administered the wechsler adult intelligence scale - IV. see appendix I (in media section of this EMR) for full breakdown of IQ scores. there was no clinically significant difference between his low average range working memory index score of 83 (13th %ile). and his low average range processing speed index score of 81(10th %ile). his verbal comprehension index score of 105 (63rd %ile) was within normal range. his perceptual reasoning index score of 96(39th%ile) was also within the normal range. this pattern of performance is not indicative of a patient who is at increased risk for day to day problems with working memory and/or processing speed. verbal comprehension and perceptual reasoning abilites are normal. working memory and processing speed (while normal) are lower than expected based on his performance on a task assessing premorbid functioning levels"
one thing that it does say is this
"The patient was administered the buschke selective reminding test and his basic learning and memory (102/144) was normal. in this regard, his consistency related tlong term retrieval was impaired (40/144), especially when compared to his normal range long term storage (98/144). his discrepancy score (+58) is clinically significant and is suggestive of a high level cognitive organization problem and/or high level attention concern"
what the heckk does that mean !
