I just took 5mg of valium....I needed to have a little recovery time after 4 very successful stressful days....today I am not as busy....I hope I am using valium not abusing it....I think it is helpful for me...I also had 10 mg celexa earlier...I think it is a good combo to calm me down.....I would rather take valium than that abilify that I see on tv....I am not psychotic....why would I ever take that abilify...I would need to be psychotic...this is from the old mentally ill doctor
