I quit regular ciggies two years ago and vaping a week and a half ago. I definitely think it is worth it to switch to vaping if you don't want to quit, but I found myself using it all day every day and it started making me feel like crap.
So I read Allen Carr's 'Easy way to stop smoking' and it helped tremendously. I am so grateful not to be vaping/smoking anymore. I certainly get cravings but they pass, and I'm not using nicotine gum or zyban or anything. I highly recommend this book when you're ready to stop.
