So I read Allen Carr's 'Easy way to stop smoking' and it helped tremendously. I am so grateful not to be vaping/smoking anymore. I certainly get cravings but they pass, and I'm not using nicotine gum or zyban or anything. I highly recommend this book when you're ready to stop.

Yeah you have to be careful about not sitting around vaping constantly. I only use mine in the evenings after work and limit myself to refilling the tank no more than twice.
