Yes I do. I've given up alcohol and caffeine, but can't seem to quit these filthy sticks. When manic (which I am right now) I smoke constantly.

I've tried to quit several times but rarely get past the 1 month mark. I become very anxious and suicidal when attempting to quit. As sad as it is to say, nicotine must have some sort of therapeutic quality for me. I've read the statistic regarding the correlation of smoking and mental illness. It doesn't surprise me at all. I wonder if there is any scientific research which explains why. I'm an information ***** so I should look that up!

I've tried quitting with vapor cigs before and they helped a bit but I wasn't able to get a big enough drag from them, and they always left me "wanting". My sons friend recently got one of the vape boxes which release a TON of vapor. He let me try it and it was very satisfying. I plan to buy one soon and it just might be exactly what I need.

I look forward to your later post and story.
