i know how frustrating it is...
i know not much i can say will make a big difference...
and i dont have much energy to be able to focus enough to think of something witty and encouraging...
we just have to keep fighting though... keep changing things up... try new methods... introduce new weapons to our arsenal...
i know sometimes it seems like we have tried everything... and i know alot of us have tried many many things... but everytime i think i have done everything... i run into a new mechanism to try... even if it doesnt work...
just have to keep trying incase accidentally find something that does work...
im so sorry today has been extra challenging... please stay strong...
all we can do is extend a hand to each other...
