It's not the dr's office. Because these labs are so vital to continuing my meds they prioritize this when it gets there. The order is correct but they keep photocopying a copy and they need to stop that and photocopy the original. A lot of it is where I live; there is only one place to get labs here and they aren't the most reliable. But that's what happens living in the middle of nowhere. This is just a CBC with diff and so should be to my dr within a few hours. 4 days is ridiculous. But that's the way it goes.
