Thanks! I'm lucky that my depression is rather mild/ moderate, so I don't deal with the type you're referring to with guilt. I'm trying to catch it NOW before it gets that way by seeing my psychiatrist ASAP. In the meantime, I'll keep doing my mood-lifters.
