I consider it progress that I no longer
Possible trigger:
make daily / hourly plans to off myself in an utterly mundane, routine way as if I were making a grocery list
And yes, by the time I landed in therapy, I'd tried just about everything else -- meditation, exercise, talking to friends, journaling etc.
