I'm doing individual therapy and my second round of DBT.
I was never open to the idea in the past, way too used to being self reliant, and didn't want anyone scratching in my head poking the demons I hide away.
But it came to a point where I just became completely fed up with myself, and understood exactly why my bf had to leave me.
Both forms of therapy has been incredibly helpful, and bf came back, so that's a bonus.
