My doctor actually discussed egg harvesting and pregnancy when I started T. While it might cause infertility (there's no gaurantee it will), my doctor said if I ever wanted to have kids in the future I'd just have to stop t for awhile and I could carry a pregnancy if I wanted. Everyone is different so it's best to talk to your doctor, but plenty of trans men get pregnant and have kids. It's pretty common. hope this helps
