This week has been a bad week for me and I've gained almost everything back by consuming alcohol and pizza, but I am determined to get back on my game plan.
I try to eat a big salad at lunch and dinner and drink 8 big cups of water a day. I also go to the gym frequently and my goal is to exercise for at least 60 minutes.
