So after my first med evaluation I the Dr that performed it diagnosed me with disruptive mood dysregulation disorder. After doing some research online it says that this only diagnosed for children and young adults. I'm 36 years old so how can I be diagnosed with this if I don't meet he age criteria?

As for the meds, I was given the following.

Seroquel XR (Makes me want to sleep all day.)
Hydroxyzine Pamoate 25mg (Only seems to give me headaches)
