I have tried just about everything. Quitiapine did work best until I went off the paxil. I am extremely sensitive to side effects or they just don't work.depakote zombied me out so much I had no motivation to do anything except sleep. No life there. I think my pdoc feels a little frustrated. They had a team meeting to decide about the olanzepine. He said clozaril is next but he doesn't particularly like it n I don't want to try it. This mood switching is for the birds. I have now switched into hypomanic. Don't know what the morning will bring. I have a package downstairs that I didn't pick up. It may be the olanzepine. It is off formulary and had to be approved and then mailed out.
