Just got through with this! I found these journals that have pictures to color scattered through them. It is very "no brainier" to me and shuts down my thoughts when they are not good or helps me sort them out when they are scattered.
Volunteering somewhere is really drawing my heart, but I don't know where that would be right now.
My favorite thing is to go to my trail, put my earphones in my ears and walk or run. I basically kind of lose myself for a while.
