That would be a possibility but I actually slept enough hours and it helped. Hope it won't keep climbing so much during the day and really disturbing my sleep rhythm/routine, but no immediate action needs to be taken I'm sure now.

In a few days, I have an appointment with my NP and if things are really bad then we'll also schedule an appointment with my psychiatrist. They have always been quick to respond/adapt.
