As for the spiders, I have developed driving and riding in a car anxiety. I am working on my T with this, but I think it could be the meds and my BP for sure.

If you actually have spiders in your house, I don't blame you for being nervous. Aren't spiders one of the top anxieties? I agree to talk to your T.
